Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed and you have paid for the tickets, cancellations are not accepted.

Can I modify my order?

In general, it is not possible to change your order. However, if you have a special request, please contact our customer service by email [email protected]

What are the delivery options available for my VIP GOLD SKYBOX passes?

MXGP passes are physical passes. E-tickets are issued for this type of product. Your passes will be distributed at the Welcome Center of the event. After presenting your ID or Passport at the Welcome Centre, you will receive your VIP credential package. Once the passes are collected, we do not take any responsibility in case of lost passes.

Is parking included?

The ratio is 1 VIP parking pass for 1 order (max 4 VIP guest).

Which activities are included?

Please refer to the product description of each event to discover. Activities may vary from one event to another. Once your order has been confirmed, prior to the race you purchased tickets for, you will receive all the relevant details, map and the timetable about the event.

Are there any specific requirements to enter the VIP GOLD SKYBOX and SKYBOX Terraces area?

Smart casual attire is recommended. No tracksuits or beach wear will be allowed. No pets allowed.

Are children allowed in the VIP GOLD SKYBOX area?

Children older than three years old and under eleven years old need a VIP GOLD SKYBOX Child Pass. Children aged 2 years old and below enjoy free admission.
